Uttar Pradesh Purva Sainik Kalyan Nigam was established in May 1989, is a leading organization in the field of welfare of Ex-Servicemen (including all Para Military Forces). It is a UP State Government undertaking formed under section 617 of companies Act 1956 for rehabilitation and welfare of Ex-Servicemen.
The Regional Offices was earlier working under the aegis of ZSKs. In the month of Apr 2003 Regional Office Bareilly shifted to 72-A, Vistar, Green Park Colony, Bisalpur Road, Bareilly (UP) from the premises of ZSK. Other 07 ZSKs (Bulandshahar, Budaun, Moradabad, Lakhimpur, Haldwani, Kashipur and Almora) are merged with this office during the Financial Year 2004-05. Regional Office Bareilly working in its present location ie Krishna Nagar Colony Bareilly wef 01 May 2013.
